DESIGN
We pull together the experts necessary to complete the project from start to finish. This includes design and contractors.
CONSTRUCTION/ARCHITECTURE
MRC's general contracting experience is 20+ years strong building projects across the United States with an emphasis in the Chicago-land area.
Our core markets include senior living, multi-family homes and custom homes, but our experience includes many other facets.
During construction, we work closely with the architect, owner and sub-contractors to make sure absolutely all needs are met.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will eliminate every worry you have. Part of our distinguished Project Management plan included's (but not limited too..)
Coordinating with governmental agencies, direct project site construction forces, coordinate all subcontractor activities, provide survey and layout controls, hold weekly progress meetings, submit monthly progress reports.
SAFETY
Implement safety program
Train and monitor subcontractor safety
Provide monthly safety report
